I aspire to have a career in nonprofit leadership, so I plan to major in Business Management with a focus on nonprofit studies at Wheaton College in Chicago, IL. I have also been selected as an Honors Fellow in Urban Leadership. Through academics and immersive service with nonprofits, I will gain a deeper understanding of poverty, food insecurity, housing, and economic development.

I am dedicated to uplifting others by easing physical, emotional, and educational burdens. I will be a leader who sees the needs of the whole person and recognizes the greater systems and structures that work for and against them as I enact change. My leadership and passion for serving the underserved will equip me to help overlooked communities.
